So who is taxing the drugs which provides the\nfunds to attack the Taliban, who identify ISIS foreign fighters as\nbeing from Pakistan?  First it was Taliban, then al Qaeda and finally\nISIS.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nQuestion:\nCould the funding if ISIS fighters sourced from Pakistan be a covert\nway of eradicating Tribalism in in Afghanistan, a situation that has\nproven to be a problem for invaders for centuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nTrump\ncuts off aid to Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-the-new-york-times\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/svc\/oembed\/html\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nytimes.com%2F2018%2F01%2F05%2Fworld%2Fasia%2Fpakistan-aid-afghan-war.html#?secret=zXbubrI7Zt\" data-secret=\"zXbubrI7Zt\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nthere is one consensus among Afghan leaders and their American\ncounterparts, it is that dealing with Pakistan is both vital and\ndifficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAmerican\nand Afghan officials accuse Pakistan\u2019s powerful military\nintelligence service of maintaining influence with the Taliban and\nthe group\u2019s most ascendant faction, the Haqqani network, which is\nbehind many of the large-scale attacks on Afghan cities. Through\nthose links, Pakistan has the ability to control at least some of the\ntempo of the fighting in Afghanistan \u2014 and it has done little to\nconstrain it over the past two years, the officials say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAt\nthe same time, Pakistan enjoys leverage over the American military\nresponse to that militant violence: The United States mission has\nalways relied on Pakistani air and ground routes for supplies to the\ntroops in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n(\nInteresting that Taliban fighters recognise ISIS as being foreign\nfighters from Pakistan, according to the video ISIL and the Taliban.\nAlso the fact, that if it is true, Bin Laden was safely hidden in a\ncompound  quite close to a military establishment within Pakistan.\nThe Pakistani fighter&#8217;s motive for fighting for ISIS is money so who\nhas been paying them?)     \n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISIL in Afghanistan.
